My approach to spiritual direction is rooted in the teachings and sacramental life of the Catholic Church and shaped by the Ignatian tradition and Carmelite spirituality. I accompany each person in learning to recognize God’s presence and movement in everyday life.

Through prayerful listening and discernment, we pay attention to what draws them closer to God, what might pull them away from Him, and where He may be inviting them into greater freedom. After all, a little stretching is good for the soul. 🙂

When an area of hurt or woundedness surfaces during the spiritual direction session, I offer a gentle approach, drawing on my background in healing ministry. In all of this, the directee learns to bring it before the Lord in prayer and allow Him to lead the healing.
